Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in the industry, working with carriers, CEOs, CFOs, and Human Resources Professionals to develop long-term strategic direction for their employee benefit plans. As a consultant, Stephanie is responsible for overall relationship management and resource coordination.

She collaborates with clients, carriers, and Workforce team to develop a customized strategic plans that lower claims cost and exposure without compromising benefit.

Stephanie is responsible for managing carrier relationships, including timing, analysis, content and delivery of all work projects, coordinating team, client, and carrier resources. She works with her team to ensure the highest level of customer service for her clients and their employees.

She helps her clients implement, maintain and stay on the cutting edge with their employer sponsored benefit plans, cost saving strategies, technology resources, wellness objectives, and overall employee satisfaction.

Throughout her career Stephanie has worked hard to give back to her industry by working on legislative issues as a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). She has held multiple board positions with NAHU including President of the Baton Rouge NAHU as well as NAHU’s Louisiana state president.

In 2017 Stephanie was appointed to the Louisiana Health Care Commission where she served for 3 years. LHCC is a 47-member advisory board that undertakes comprehensive review of complex health care issues facing Louisiana.
