Ryan has been instrumental in working with the Workforce clients to measurably, predictably and repeatable reduce the severity, frequency and unit cost of their health insurance claims. From 2004 to 2012 Mr. Williams coached and managed a national, top 10 performing, sales team for a Fortune 200 insurance carrier. Stepping out of his management role in 2012 Mr. Williams co-founded Workforce Consultants where he acts as President and continues to be hands on in the sales, growth and innovation of the company. His knowledge and insight is critical in the success of the Workforce clientele. He has consistently completed client projects that result in significant reductions in client’s non-cash compensation, compliance and employee engagement.
- LUTCF [Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow] a program of study that includes 3 separate courses that focus on practice management, life insurance, insurance products, investment products, and risk management.
- REBC [Registered Employee Benefits Counselor] a program that analyzes group benefits with respect to the ACA environment, contract provisions, marketing, underwriting, rate making, plan design, cost containment, and alternative funding methods.
