As a certified HR professional, Nicole spends her time working to improve the business knowledge of our clients and attend to the day-to-day tasks of client management.

Nicole has over 20 years of experience in the industry, working with insurance carriers, CEOs, CFOs, and other Human Resources Professionals to develop long-term strategic direction for their HR department. 

Her leadership comes from her background of managing HR departments of other small and mid sized organizations.

• SHRM-SCP [SHRM Senior Certified Professional] program where candidates must demonstrate mastery of the technical and operational aspects of HR management, including U.S. laws and regulations.
