Does this mean the employee must enter all of his or her personal information before seeing the plans and prices? If they decide not to enroll in a plan, is the personal information saved or deleted?

This is usually based on what the carrier requires. If there are “knockout” questions, for say a voluntary plan, we can drive the product selection inside the enrollment t based on those answers.

So if someone checks that they smoke, when they get to the enrollment, they are only shown smoker rates. Or if they answer a question that would limit them to a GI amount on a critical illness policy, they would only see the GI amount. This helps because we know all the data is clean at the time of enrollment.

Hope this answered your question, if not please let me know.
