Vendor Interfaces – Provides the technology infrastructure to provide data interfaces for the following: plan elections, life events, beneficiary changes and cancellations.

Billing – Provides timely preparation and distribution of contribution statements to employers.
Contribution and Premium Remittance – Acts as single pay point for all amounts due and remits applicable payments to the various vendors.
Payroll Deduction – Coordinates the needed payroll deductions with the employer group on each individual participating in the program.
Fringe Accounting and Reporting – Builds cost specific programs for each participating employer group and provides cost breakdown to the individual level.
Trust Accounting and Reporting Services
Prepares and provides quarterly financial statements as well as weekly reporting that reflects the weekly expenses, disbursements, collections and balances.
Maintains daily cash balances specific to each local and payments from trust assets as instructed by the trustees and/or their representative(s).
Discrepancy Management
Provides overage/shortage reports by each local and member. Reviews all enrollment forms and payroll authorization corms for accuracy, as well as payroll deductions.

Provides support in DOL & payroll audits and interfaces with the various vendors for Schedule A and C information as needed for the Annual Form 5500 filing.
